Participation fees and registration

The participation fee for the Finnish Sport Sciences Conference includes:

• Access to the scientific program of the event
• Meals during Wednesday and Thursday (2 x lunch, 4 x coffee breaks)
• Admission to the evening event at Restaurant Piato on Wednesday, September 3 (please remember to indicate your attendance in the registration form)

By becoming a member of the Finnish Society of Sport Sciences before registering, you can get an even more affordable participation fee.

Participation fees for the Finnish Sport Sciences Conference:

• Standard fee: €340
• LTS member: €290
• Student*: €170
• Student, LTS member*: €150

*The student rate is granted to full-time undergraduate students. A student ID must be presented upon request.

Please note:

• Participants in the research competition or research presentations must register normally and pay the participation fee.
• Separate registration forms are available for University of Jyväskylä staff and students.

Final registration and cancellation deadlines

The final registration and free cancellation deadline for the Finnish Sport Sciences Conference is Wednesday, August 18, 2025. Failure to pay the invoice does not count as a cancellation. Participation can be transferred to another person, but the transfer must be reported via email to linda.raivio(at)lts.fi.
